Barcelos Flame Grilled Chicken

Ordered a $10 salad, chicken was not fully cooked, tasted bad. Between 7 of us 4 of us went there and it will be the last time. When we tried to exchange it for another item and pay the difference, the staff said no you have to buy a new one and pay the total again. Even though we only took one bite into the salad, they were absolutely careless when it came to exchanging it. We asked to speak to the manager and then they said they can call the owner, they called the owner and spoke their own language for about five minutes before she got off the phone and said yeah you can call. I called the owner 3 times and no answer even though he just answered to the staff. Finally I got the staff to connect me trough and I spoke to the owner and he said there is nothing he can do and he can’t exchange the food or give a new one. He offered a free soft drink if I were to pay for a second meal. I asked him if $10 -$15 is worth losing 4 customers and he said “in this case, yes” and was quite rude. With ownership like that, I definitely won’t be returning to any of their locations or recommending it.

Omg so yummi. When i got it i was doubtful on the presentation, but I finish it ..All , that's how good it was. Really well cook not dry at all and not raw.

Their grilled chickens are incredibly luscious. Everything reminds me of Nando's, but Barcelos has a great deal. The service is good. Overall, highly recommended.

Not bad for fast food, but I will not eat here second time.
