Great service and amazing kindness. We ,as a new arrival family, apricated Mr. Antony's customer service and his patient with us. Every process for application of new bank account and credit card application was smooth and fluent. Thanks a lot for your high quality services and time.

I went to deposit some money at the machine and as I was standing there I noticed a smell like they were burning a candle or oils. The smell was so strong that it made me feel ill, good thing I wasn't waiting for a teller I would have passed out from the smell. I do not think they should have any kind of air freshener or smelly things as some people are very sensitive or allergic. I told the two ladies that were chit-chatting at the front that it smelled really bad. And 30 mins later I still feel ill from it. Not impressed!!

I was a customer for 2 years and I can say this is Worst banking experience I have ever had. The lady at the counter would not even change a CERB check I had been recieving for 6 months stating that "she decides if she puts the check on hold". I would understand that answer if the chek was a personal chek but this was a government issued chek. After dealing with her multiple times and having the same issues. I have decided to close my account and go open a new one across the street at CIBC. I have now been a CIBC customer for the last 4 months and I have NEVER had a similar problem.

Exactly what Dani-Anne Oxx said. I literally just walked out of there after waiting to be put in line for 20m. There were 3 people waiting ahead of me, and one lady taking care of them alone. Everyone else just disappeared after telling me to wait until someone tells me when its ok to get in the line, and not a single customer went through in those 20 minutes, and no one else was there to help the one lady at the counter. It's like all 4 of them went hidding somewhere or had to use the restrooms at the same time. Been with them for 13 years, and this by far the laziest location visited to date.

I’ve had a month of back n fourth with the branch. I’ve been with them for over 15 years and it’s been very frustrating. I’ve been getting mixed info on my mortgage loan, they never called me back with my concerns, I was hung up on before I got to say one word. I’m very discouraged and thinking in the near future I’ll have to shop around for a new branch. Please avoid if you have major transactions or loans
