I wish all banks had staffs like Meriem Bouzid. My interaction her was magical. Super friendly and very welcoming. She single handedly designed my financial plan for my first home. Highlighting the pros and cons of various paths. I really wish the banking system had more people like Meriem, a big thank you to TD for having more people like her onboard the Team

Part-time Supervisor at TD was amazing, she provided great service and took time to understand my complex issue with the passing of my Mother and trying to deal with her estate. She used a human-centric and caring approach, something we don't see often in customer service experiences unfortunately. Thank you for your help.

Due to bad weather, personal financial services manager, Ange-Desiree Soro offered to discuss my mortgage renewal options over the phone. She called at the exact time of the appointment and was extremely knowledgeable with the various options available to me. She was very patient and attentive in making sure I understood what I was signing etc. I did not feel rushed as I do sometimes with others.nOverall great experience. I’ve moved away from this branch however continue to do business with them due to the great service.
