Rude staff, not accommodating at all. Worse branch of Desjardin. Been here two times and never step foot here again. They should be ashamed of their terrible customer service
Stay away from this bank. Incompetent and lazy employees. No customer service at all. Went to deposit checks at the counter and they were almost forcing me to go to the automatic teller. There was absolutely no one in the bank. They were not busy. I refused to go to the ATM this is not acceptable. We pay for services fee monthly and they don't want to do nothing. They did this to my son a couple of weeks ago also. Fix this issue. Please. Will not be requesting anymore of their bad services.
No customer service whatsoever. As soon as I walked into the building the lady at the front counter told me to use the ATM as I had a cheque in my hand however I also had to do a transfer and basically had to twist her arm to let me through to see a teller. Then I sit in a room waiting for 20min to get my number called when the 1 teller has had no one at the counter. The employees didn’t try to help me at all, just didn’t care.
The staff is careless and totally incompetent. You cannot even join them. They don't return call. And if you speak to someone, they cannot help you. Themselves are not even able to join the/an agent or the manager by phone. They also fall on a voice mailbox. A total disgrace.
By far the worse bank and branch I’ve ever had dealings with. The customer service is beyond deplorable. The incompetence of the staff I’ve dealt with and the lack of care is amazing! The inability to properly analyze and verify the details of a situation to provide effective and caring service; non-existent at lest by the folks I’ve dealt with.nThis is the first bank that has had their representative royally mess up on my account and I, the customer am being told that it is my fault. The infuriating part is that because they know that they offer a service that folks need, they really don’t care about who gets stepped on. And they will tell you “if you don’t like it you can cancel your account”. Instead of proposing proper solutions and accepting that their staff screwed up, they tell you, it’s basically not their responsibility to properly educate their first time clients and if they did misinform you, we’ll too bad, cause they’ve already taken your money and won’t do anything about helping you to get it back. Way to go Desjardins, way to go.
