This branch is by far the worst location ever. The branch is dirty the bankers tell you to go use another bank. They service here is unacceptable and the branch is filthy and smells. There were 9 people waiting today and one teller while 3 other women just stood there and watched. I will be moving my services to another bank and going up as far as I can get with this.
This bank is the worst bank I have ever been at.they don't care about the clients. Obey is deposited and then the money just disappears and then say nothing was deposited but yet we have proof it was deposited. They were rude and wouldn't tell us anything. And 5 minutes after we go to call the boss they closed the account
Tried calling and asking for call back about our mortgage and no one calls back. Sent emails and after 6 weeks of no replies, had to go into the branch and since on one was available to help, they said someone would call us about clearing our mortgage. Someone from the bank called us a week later but no clue what we wanted. Had to wait yet another week for the information ee had requested. Horrible service, no call backs and when employees leave, they don't even bother to put out of office, so no ever answers. Can't wait to be done with Dejardins. Never again!
I know they don’t care about the reviews but will write it anyway ..customer service is horrible. Why they don’t have more people working shoes how the really don’t care about there customer. And something the people that is supposed to work just stand there.
Horrible bank. On top of getting my identity stolen cause someone stole it at Desjardins. They dont bargain on Mortgage rates and never offer you a better deal. Got a smashing deal with CIBC which beated them by .45% and they assumed all of the costs of me switching banks. Desjardins is FAIL. My dealer was never prepared on calls or when writting me emails, he never understood my needs and frustrations and barely tried to keep me as a customer.
Busy, Unfriendly, bad service, refused Quebec tax checks issued by the Caisse! This is my 3rd time reviewing this bank. Only once have I had good service and it has been the exception. I went to this bank, final time, last month June 30th 2019., and again they refused the check from Revenue Quebec for 80$! Even though I told them it was from Revenue Quebec. Every other Bank Desjardins actualy its a Casse has cashed them no problem. So I am done with this branch, avoid them at all costs! I have spoken with others and they also have had terrible service.
Not an enjoyable customer experience, Seems like the employees are just trying to pass problems to others - no one wants to take ownership. My mom has limited language skills, she visited this Desjardins branch and was turned down by the tellers and referred to her advisor. I tried to help by calling & setting up an appointment with her advisor, I was brushed off and told to go back to the tellers. You guys play ping-pong better than us Chinese people. edit for the locals: vous etes vraiment a chier en tabarnac
I have dealt with the Caisse for years. Horrible service. I have so much trouble with them. Trying to get my RRSP to put into my business, they have no business asking me what I want the money for. All they want is to receive the interest money. It's my money.
Excellent customer service. I had to cash a cheque without an account and they went out of their way to get it done for me. I will be opening an account this month.
