Worst branch ever! They won't book me an appointment because I'm English, I've been calling for two weeks and no call back. Never had this happen when my French hubby was here! Honestly can't believe the disrespect

OMG, how is this bank still in business? The branch manager was clueless, not even fit to be at the counter. 
I assume they are capable of handling basic oparations for personal accounts, but anything else is quite a challenge. 
Asked them to close the account and give me a confirmation. They said they cannot give me a confirmation, just showed me their computer screen lol. A year later I get a a statement sayting I owe them the +$100 for the monthly fees.

One of the employees there says he'll call back never does. Absolutely ridiculous. 
I constantly have to call and find out what's going on with my account. Which brings me right back to "Ok I'm going to check for you and I'll call you back" 2 weeks later still the same problem never got a call back. RIDICULOUS!
