Not even a client but my car loan is through this bank. Couldn't get passed the virtual assistant because I don't have any cards with RBC. Hung up on me 6 times no matter what I tried. Showed up in person at this branch had to deal with two incredibly slow clerks. Can't wait for my car loan to be done and never have anything to do with this bank again.
Very slow service.nYou have to stay and wait and wait.nNot like use to be RBC in good days.
Worst bank staff ever, the guy at the counter is unhelpful, doesn't help you solve problems and very rude. RBC you can do better.
Quite literally the most condescending staff I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. I try to do all my banking online because every RBC I go to has the most unpleasant staff who talk to you as if you're 2. Adding to the list of reasons to switch banks.
Worst staff of all RBC I've ever encountered. Went in to get help with my account, was treated like a problem; gave me no solutions.
