When someone goes EVERY 2 WEEKS to deposit their WORK CHECK , its not supossed to freeze !! They even have a note in their system stating NOT TO FREEZE THE WORK CHECK but they still do ! need to wait 5 more days to have work pay deposited in your account ! HORRIBLE JUSTE HORRIBLE custumer service ! Changing banks soon !

Manager Teko Edem Kpodar lazy and unprofessional. No de-escalation skills, no attempts to find a solution. In the middle of conversation just turned his back on me and continued to do something else. Avoid this branch. RBC should look into there hiring process. I'm considering closing my business and personal accounts.

I was very happy with my service. The man at the desk was so helpful, his name was Ahmed. He was very kind and patient, I hope that he’ll be the one to help me again next time.

Not even a client but my car loan is through this bank. Couldn't get passed the virtual assistant because I don't have any cards with RBC. Hung up on me 6 times no matter what I tried. Showed up in person at this branch had to deal with two incredibly slow clerks. Can't wait for my car loan to be done and never have anything to do with this bank again.
