I showed at 4:55 at this location and the lady is about to lock the door as i’m entering.nShe says it 5nI politely say no, it isn’t. I showed my watch and she looks at hersnnShe locks the door.nnAs I’m writing this review more people show up and she refuses to open the door.nnIt wasn’t 5 yet.nnI used to work at pizza hut, we closed the doors right at closing time not before it.

Carline is an amazing person to deal with at this branch, very warm and welcoming service.

The service from teller, Shana is exceptional !!nnSecond time Shana has served me and wow.nShe really brightens someone’s day with her positivity and good energy.nnThank you for your quick service and knowledge.

There is never enough people, the wait time no matter the time is always an eternity. At least have 2 people at the front. 1 person at 3:00 pm and a line of 6. I waited for over an hour. Ridiculous. Then I went to TD where there was a line of 10, and 4 people. I waited less than 7 minutes. I hate this branch

Impossible to reach anyone in the physical location.nThey took 5 days to have my funds in my account from a trust transfer.nI required to get the branch manager involved and her service was absolutely brutal. She should definitely not be a manager.nScotibank, you should re consider your manager selection.
