Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! I just needed help with a new card and rude lady cut me off and told me to call customer service. Customer service told me that the financial center should have handled it no problem. I again told the lady exactly what I needed a 2nd time and she was very smug and rude again and said you would have needed to wait anyway. That's not the point, the point is that you cut me off and would not even listen and walked off. I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS BRANCH EVER AGAIN! I have been with BofA for15years and this is crap service

Was there on the typical payday rush of people, lost my phone. Didn't realize to an hour later, but the lady found it and put up for me til tomorrow 😊
