Drive thru was closed. Long line, the Asian guy who seemed to be running the place didn't seem like he cared. A girl finally got on the stand to help customers and the Asian guy told her to go back and count something. She said look at the line. And he closed it right after me. Seems like terrible management. And the line got longer as I was leaving.

Last Saturday, January 27th my daughter and I went into this branch to change something about her account. Which I regret giving them her business. When we got there they weren't busy in line and only one person waiting to talk to someone at a desk. So we decided to wait. About 15 mins of waiting this man, who I assume was a manager as he was walking around doing nothing, came up to me and said "The wait will be around 45 mins, you want to wait?" I said I was already here so I'll wait. A min later he comes up and says that they are closing at 1, (it was about 12:15) and will have to kick us out even if we have waited. He then continued to tell me that the reason for the security guard is to help with kicking people out. He said we should make an appointment. I told him he really needs to help customers instead of kicking them out!! He said he was helping by offering an appointment. See the problem I have with this is my husband and I have been customers for about 20 years. Probably longer than this guy has worked for the company! And I feel like I was very disrespected and not valued as a customer at all!! I feel I have to say something as this kind of customer service shouldn't be tolerated! My husband and I are looking for another bank!!

Always a line, so under staffed the drive through is frequently closed. Sadly, there are few options nearby.

*Always nice, but understaffed/most big banks are trying to train us not to go to branch for live service any more/ I also suspect this is a "training" branch, as there is extreme turnover/Try the Edgewood branch; much better feel & service

The tellers are always nice but they are definitely overworked and understaffed. And the drive thru is open at random or not at all. My employer banks here not me personally but with the experience and service Ive had I would never keep any money with them and I encourage others to go elsewhere as well.
