Chase Bank

If I could give negative stars I would. Been here 3 times trying to add my husband to my account and every time we came in they would say they couldn't fit us in cause their ONLY banker was busy. We came in today and there was no customers there amd they said they have 1 banker and she's booked for the day and to try another branch. I only have certain days that we can do this and they were the closest location. If it's really that necessary to make an appointment for something that shouldn't take long, then they need to let people know so I don't waste my time and gas coming to this crappy location. What's the point of the two girls standing there doing nothing? Why don't they have more than 1 banker capable of helping with something like adding a person to my account? Won't be coming here anymore!

Super busy at lunchtime on a Friday. There were 6-7 people waiting in line for the ATM and another 7 or 8 people waiting in line for the three busy tellers. I figured I would have better odds waiting for one of the three tellers but stood there for five minutes and didn’t move. Watched at least three people go through the ATM before I figured out that my mobile deposit limit was high enough to deposit the check I had. Logged in online, deposited my check, and got out of line. This is not a convenient location to begin with being inside the grocery store and not having a deposit drop. There needs to be a branch independent of a grocery store somewhere on the southside of tacoma or Near the mall.

They refuse to answer the phone and do not offer any call back or voicemail options. They would prefer if you just go online and fix your own problem than bother them I guess? Perhaps it really is more about cost than customer care?

My son went in the bank to make a payment for me on my Chase Visa account. He had my statement and cash to pay, however, the teller said he's not allowed to make a payment on another person's account. He said she was rude, and that was the rules you can't make payments on another persons account. I'd just come from the doctor not feeling well, but I had no choice but to go in the bank to make the payment myself. The customer service Rept was extremely rude to me when I told her my son was authorized to make my payment. He had the statement, account number and cash for the payment. Plus my son has the same last name as me. She did not seem at all sorry, I was sick coughing, that did seem to bother her. No courtesy what so ever. I will never go in this bank again because of the rudeness and lack of customer care. I'll do my business elsewhere.

I went in to add my wife as a joint account holder on my checking account. I get it, it's a saturday and it's busy, but after waiting in an 8 customer line, they told me they couldn't help us because they were too busy and understaffed, they offered to make an appointment, but only on a weekday, which doesn't work for us. They wasted 25 minutes of our time, and really weren't very helpful for a fairly simple service request.
