Everyone that work here is amazing friendly happy people. And it's a great bank, but there still stuck in the 1900's to get your routing number & checking number. You have to come into the branch.... Literally no other way to recover YOUR important information, you have to physically take time out of your day to go into the branch. I'm gonna switch to a different bank

Communication for their mortgage lending is horrible.  I have left multiple messages with different loan officers in their company and never get a call back
