***** Negative Five Stars ***** I don't live or bank locally. I needed to cash a refund check I received from a local business that banks with Heritage. I arrived at 5:10 pm and went to the drive up window. The lady said she can't cash it because I don't have an account. I asked for the manager and he wasn't much help. He was an insecure looser on a power trip. His explanation was that he needed to verify my identity inside the building and not at the drive up window. I repeatedly inquired about the inside verification process as compared to the drive up window but he wouldn't tell me. After harassing me for over 5 minutes, he called the cops on me. It turned out that there is no additional verification procedures. He was just a little insecure male with no control in his personal life on a power trip. The next day a different branch reiterated what I already knew; he should have cashed the check. This world is full of pathetic loosers that make the rest of our lives more difficult.
