Baker's Jerk House

The jerk chicken is smokey and sweet, and it falls right off the bone. The pasta salad and rice and peas with oxtail gravy go perfectly with the chicken. Get hot sauce on the side for those who like it spicy. This has been my go-to spot for jerk chicken for many years, the quality of the food is consistent especially for the price!

One of the better Jerk chickens I've had. Not spicy but just the right amount of sweetness. It also had a nice smokey taste to it. Chicken was very tender and flavorful. I got the Large Jerk Chicken meal, rice and peas with oxtail gravy and pasta salad on the side. Lady at the front was nice. I will definitely be back 5/5

Finger lickin good. Literally. Tender chicken, savoury oxtail gravy, and succulent past salad. It’s 4:44am and I’m up thinking about this food. That should say enough.

Tough to beat the price, quality, and flavor of the jerk chicken lunch special. It had ask the right spices and the oxtail gravy on the rice elevated the dish. Pasta salad was tasty too!

The food was amazing. The girls working here make you feel like home. The chicken has a unique grill flavor. I been at other locations with similar food and non has that flavor. I don't know how they got that touch but was amazing. Price is good.

The BEST jerk chicken is sold here! Infused with flavour, you will not be disappointed with Baker's Jerk Chicken. The daily lunch special is reasonable in portion and price- only $5.99 including drink.

Any new places that I try, I always start with the Jerk Chicken, it’s a right of passage to additional tasty items on the menu. Large Jerk Chicken w/ rice oxtail gravy and peas, side of coleslaw What was good: Nice flavour, juicy chicken, seasoned oxtail gravy with good consistency, and cream coleslaw Opportunities: What happened to the scotch bonnet? It was missing, there’s no heat on this chicken. Rice was dry, so many a bit more gravy If the spice levels were at least medium, I’d give a better rating, and if the large wasn’t really a medium. Probably won’t be back for Jerk Chicken. The oxtail gravy wasn’t bad so I might try that next.

Their food is amazing.. I always come here.. But recently their portions have s been disappointing. Paying premium prices and barely get any rice. I asked for coleslaw and got pasta salad instead. Usually a rectangle container can fill 2 people.. This can barely fill a baby. Stop robbing customers.

The cashier was friendly with a smile and accommodating to my requests for different size portions for a family dinner. Price was reasonable and the place was clean. Received my order pretty fast. The jerk chicken was not the best I've ever had, but it was good. I will be back.Food: 4/5
