I decided to try the small oxtail for 9.99 plus tax. For the price I paid, I was not impressed. The taste was meh, I've had better else where. There was a lot of bone and fat. The veggies were crisp and tasted good. Rice was okay, xould have benefited from more peas. Overall, not worth what they charged for it. I've gotten larger oxtail portions else where.

Ordered the large braised oxtail with rice and vegetables. The rice was covered in plenty of sauce from the oxtail and a mountain of oxtail was added. The only challenge I had was navigating the small bones and finishing my portion which I was very satisfied to do

Made with love and delicious. The jerk chicken is the best. No gravy for me. I get it with pholouries. If they have the shrimp. It's a nice side to add on. Very nice family. They always ask me how I am after not seeing me for a while.

More like Tropical Salt. That’s all I could taste. Also, they cut the chicken for both my friend and I, but as they did the took a piece of it and threw it back in the pile of others to serve. When you order a piece of chicken, I don’t want just 2/3rds of it, I’d like the whole piece. Not surprised every other restaurant has moved to a bigger spot or has renovated, but this place stayed the same.

I didn't want to take this to the internet to make a review but it seems like management can't deal with customer complaints since i called and even texted the lady to make a complaint. I receive no call back not even a text. This place has gone downhill from when I remember it and my grandmother comes to this place almost every week. She told me she has been mistreated by one of the girls who work there I have no idea of her name but she has a tattoo nd glasses I personally went there sometime last week and that girl laughed at my grandpa because he couldn't hear her mind you, he is hard at hearing, the food is average, not the best but it's good for something in the mall.. the older lady and her husband who owns there are nice people don't get me wrong but in addition to dealing with customers, they aren't the best group of management . My mother went there yesterday and told me that she went to buy jerk chicken and the other girl told her that she has to order where the food is and that the tattoo girl would serve her. She waited 10 minutes before being served and there was only one customer ahead of her, the girl with the glasses took her time slowly and mouthed something under her breath. My mom told me that the other girl came to serve her and finished serving her and cashing her out within 2 minutes and proceeded with other customers while the girl with the glasses still took her time. It's fast food right? Not take your precious time and move like a sloth. Just sayin. The other girl who works there is always smiling and laughing with her customers and she takes it upon herself to deal with customers sometimes I think she is management. If you ever go there, ask to be serve by the other girl, she's nicer than the tattoo girl. I'm taking this upon myself to let other people know what they will be dealing with when they go to this place. I will not allow such people to disrespect my family and have their small-minded staff laugh at people with such ignorance it's ridiculous . I know of one man since his wife and my mother talk and he told his wife that he no longer will buy food there because of an argument he had with one of the staff and he's been going there for 6 years now my advice to management, TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROPERLY OR FIRE THEM IF YOU NEED TO because that's bringing your business down... If it wasn't for the other girl, I would give this place 1 star

Great West Indian cuisine, authentic handmade comfort food! Pepper sauce is a little mild but great for most who can't handle intense heat.

First of all the food isn't that good and second when I went to this location I have found a hair and I let the girl know and she just said ok, like a dumbo. She didn't do nothing and I just threw out the food. I would not recommend this place for food. I spend 20 dollars for bad food and pubes. That is very nasty. Thanks.

Quality is not there, but portions of food are good. Hot sauce is like water, liquid and no taste. Not the best place to get some Caribbean food.

I grabbed food for a date, the amount of food we great but taste was not great whatsoever. We just went to McDonald's instead. Never going there again though. Wouldn't call it Caribbean food whatsoever.

I use to work here a few years ago the people are very cheap they keep the food inside a big fridge and reuse it till it finishes and the restaurant is infested with cockroaches. Owners are very mean and cheap if anything goes wrong they'll point their fingers at you
