Carribean Jerk Pit

Had the jerk chicken lunch special today and it was delicious. Very flavourful and perfect heat. The rice and peas were cooked well. Coleslaw needs some vinegar and salt but added a nice sweetness. Great value. Would definitely go back.

Unfortunately this was my first and last time here. Although the service was very good, the food and prices were terrible. I went there on a Friday at 12:30pm, they had no plain rice, the chicken curry i ordered was terrible! lacking in seasoning, very bland and no taste. I asked for extra gravy and did not receive it, the food was dry and the price was $13.91 which is ridiculous for a small sized portion.... the place needs to be cleaned and the food needs improvement.

I’ve never had authentic Jamaican beef patties, so I decided to be adventurous and try them. I wasn’t disappointed, they were awesome!! It’s hard to describe the unique but savory taste and texture of the patty but it was delightful. I can’t wait to stop by again when I’m in town.

I must say, I couldn't wait to post my experience. My boyfriend bought home some food last night. Jerk chicken,curried goat , Rice& peas. And soup. First I must say the food prices are so expensive. Second I must say I am from Jamaica been in Canada 30 years and it is the worst food. that I have ever eaten. Not even my dog I would feed it to. I can't even bother try to describe the taste. Fairly new and selling that quality of food. Garbage it ended up. If I am hungry and I see that restaurant I will just run for my life. Fire that person who is cooking.!!!!! I love to see my people trying but. Please I am not trying to sabatoge your business. I am trying to save you from closure. Let your friends and family taste the food. Tack will be on their faces.

Excellent restaurant! Friendly staff, spotless clean place and feel comfortable inside, having a laugh with the cashier and other customer while waiting to order, I like that vibe. Definitely give 5 stars for a great meal and experience. Hope I'm in the area again so I can come back!

The portions were huge but the food was terrible. Bland, mushy and the peas in my rice weren’t cooked, my husband called it dog food and threw it out. Much better Caribbean restaurants in Brampton and cheaper.

My husband and I were in the area, we seen this place awhile ago, my husband being from St Vincent, I said to him let’s give it try, awesome food, very flavorful, great amount for the price. Thanks Shirley it was a pleasure meeting you, You will see us again!!!!!!

I work in the area a couple days a week and it has become my go to spot for dinner. After many years, glad to see a JA spot come into the neighborhood.

In and Out. Fast. Clean and ALWAYS GOOD. Never stuck waiting. Never once had to complain and even if I did, they would make it right. Going there tomorrow lol

Friendly Staff with prompt service. The food is authentic and I enjoy it every time.
