Authentic Trini Foods

The owners are rude and lack customer service. They act as it is bother to serve you. It takes many attempts to place a phone order. The food is just ok, not the best doubles. If you are craving some Trini food it is ok in a pinch as food is subpar compared to other roti shops is the area.

Roti is good, bake and smoke fish good as well. Pickup orders were always ready on time. Good spot for Trini food.

This is surely not your first Diwali, do you not plan for the demand? I called and ordered in advance and have to wait and wait and wait. Do you not expect to be busy during this time? Either get more staff or don't accept orders you can't deliver on. Have me wasting my gas and precious time despite being proactive and booking ahead of time. Ridiculous!

Best place for doubles and roti!! Everything is fresh and so flavourful! I love their curry duck!!! the spice is perfect and delicious. Even when I make curry home I come here for roti skins and they're always made perfectly and has you wanting more. Family run shop with integrity in their standards.

Good prices,tasty food and friendly customer service. I usually order ahead and when I get there the food is always ready. I used to go the Radika's hot and spicy but I found some of their staff rude and you always have to wait half an hour or more even when you order ahead.

Not pleased with the doubles. Not tasty! They need to take time and listen to customers on what they want. However their roti orders are great. Please improve on the doubles. Thank you

Authentic Trini is our go-to place for hot, fresh, delicious paratha roti! They are always friendly and accommodating. This morning, they were able to accommodate our request for pick-up a half hour before their actual opening time. Their wedding size roti comes well packaged and it stays soft after freezing for use later. Top notch quality and customer service.

The wedding size roti I get from here is a probably the best part of this place. The roti is better or comparable to others. It is always ready when I go to pick it up. The food that I have tried here has been okay. It still had the Trinidadian flavours but there are other restaurants nearby that have higher quality food. All in all, solid restaurant if your looking for Trinidadian food or to solely get some roti!

Disappointed with my order today. Got a potato roti but the pepper that was used in the roti was awful. It gave the roti a sour taste! The pepper sauce had too much vinegar in and completely ruined the roti. This place make the best bussup shot roti and a pretty decent dhalpari roti but I was completely turned off today.

We came here a couple weeks ago. The roti was alright, nothing particularly wrong with it, just OK. They do not follow distancing rules- they allowed people to wait inside for their orders so everyone outside was unsure if they could go in to order. Eventually I just decided to go in and order. I waited at the counter and the guy working there goes "what is it?" like I was a bother to him. I tell him what I want and then I try to ask him how long it will take and he just walks away in the middle of me talking. He then comes back and starts doing something else. I had to get his attention again to ask if he needed a name or for me to pay first and how long the wait was. Honestly the food is not worth the subpar service. Won't be back.
