B.A.S.H. Burger and Sushi House

It was packed on a Tuesday night. There is a nice indoor outdoor flow with screens to keep bugs out. My companion liked the foxy burger with pulled pork as well as the crab Rangoon. My poke bowl was good, but I got a side salad to add veggies. Our waitress, Ashley, was great. She checked if we wanted lemon in our water before adding, refilled our waters throughout the meal, and provided helpful recommendations for burgers.

Very user friendly menu for people who know nothing about sushi. I really felt confident with placing my order and was not disappointed. I had the caterpillar roll and it was fabulous. We tried the spring rolls and they were AMAZING. The truffle fries were to DIE for. Even my hubby, who wasn't too excited to try this place and got stuck with the check really liked the food. They have metal chopsticks which my son, who lived in Japan for two years, did not like. I loved them, they made me feel fancy haha! I did feel the service was not quite what I would expect from a place like this. We felt like we were being rushed, and the waitress wasn't very friendly or attentive. The hostess was really sweet though.

What a great mixture of sushi and burgers. Located in downtown Ottawa I would not expect to get sushi so great here so far away from the ocean. Great bartenders. The drinks are also amazing. The atmosphere is very lively and the décor is also well done. Highly recommend.

A friend and I went to Bash for lunch. We had an assortment of rolls. They were very good. The service was very good. The prices were reasonable. The only downside to our dining experience was the flies. There were several of them and they were determined to share our food. From first to last bite of our meal, the flies were unrelenting. It was a huge annoyance. Despite the great food and service, because of the flies, I doubt I'll be back.

I have to say, I was very impressed with the quality, portions and price. Everything was very fresh and our waitress gave great suggestions and was knowledgeable about the rolls. I would absolutely recommend the Tuna Tower, it's amazing! Vegetarian options: They had a variety of Vegetarian options to choose from. Kid-friendliness: The kid menu was a little limited, but the kids sushi box was adorable. Parking: Since parking is street side, for the size of the dining room, it's a bit limited.

We dined in last night with friends and we all were very impressed by our experience! From the atmosphere to the service it was awesome but the food blew this review out of the park! Everything we ordered was so good!!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Amazing food and super nice servers. I got the lobster Mac, it was so creamy and perfect. My friends got one of the salads, as well as crabby patty burgers with fries and a California roll. All of it was so good, and worth a littlw wait as they were busy for lunch time. Defintly stopping by again sometime as I saw they had a few good gluten free options as well. Would love to see what my mom thinks as she can no longer have gluten! 10/10

The food... AMAZING! DELICIOUS to die for! The amount you get is worth the price. I got the prickly pear margarita I can't remember what my friend got and it was so good. For dinner I got the brisket Mac, so creamy and delicious, brisket just melted in my mouth. My friend got the ramen and California roll, she said it was delicious. Highly recommend this place. We got dessert too but ate it all before I got a picture S'Mores Pie, get it, you won't regret it! Definitely coming back.

Such a great place to eat. Love the lighting. Love the sushi and this mocktail was good. I still love it if it's expensive, so it's like a special occasion. But do not like the choice of sound they pick. Still 5 stars!!Dine in: Yes

This is my all time favorite place to eat in Ottawa!! This is an upscale place and very clean and modern. Don't be surprised to spent $80-100+ for two. My favorites are the crab rangoons. While their crab to cheese ratio is lacking on the crab side it's still one of the best. My two favorite rolls are the two rivers and mexi Cali. Their Buffalo chicken sandwich is good too. I heated it up the next day and was still good. If you're driving through or past Ottawa, IL you must stop here. If it's Friday or Saturday expect to wait an hour or more for a table. Oh oh!! My favorite is their bar top has a refrigerated strip in it.
