The hotel staff was friendly the two women who worked at the front desk where helpful. In regards to the other reviews we did not experience any late night disturbances. For the price the hotel is worth it- great location for concerts at Place Bell.n3/5 stars because we couldn’t put toilet paper in the toilet.

Booked for sleep! Upgraded to R&R!nWe booked one night Saturday-to-Sunday to catch up on sleep and watch cable TV from bed. The price was unbeatable. Upon check-in, we were offered the keys to 204, the standard two-bed room we booked. It was clean, simple, had what we wanted. Happy to settle in, but not before we took our curiosity on a walk around the premises.nThis place has character! I wish I was there when the lobby bar was manned by a bartender in shirtsleeves perpetually cleaning a glass! Put me in mind of the Overlook Hotel!nTaking notes for another visit, I asked for the rooms that had bath tub en suite from which we could watch TV. They showed us room 116. Giant tub. TV. One bed. The room was not on our radar because it is a smoking room, but it smelled like the rest of the motel with that nostalgic air-freshener-on-cigarette smell. Fine for us. The room was available for a small surplus.nSpent two hours in the tub, watching nostalgic TV and movies. Didn’t budge from the bed for over twelve hours, ordering from Shawarman directly to the room and sleeping soundly all night.nDelighted!

The rooms are so welcoming and clean. Beds soft, fireplace a very nice touch with the cold and snowy winter nights. The waiters staff so kind, hard working and respectful.

We had the worst experience ever we choose the motel because it was close to the family and described marketed as very nice place to stay in the website. The place first has the worst desk service. The pillows were dirty and the cigarette smell everywhere people were talking loudly in the hallway all night. Morning because we staying 2 days we asked room service for extra sheet was surprised when they ask if we need the towels already wet in the floor to be changed. Coming back the beds weren’t made and no sheets replaced. I extremely recommend not to book this inn at all. Wondering if the authorities have any sort of inspection to these kind of services or not if no they should do so to save the tourism in Montreal and it’s surroundings

Sigh!!!!...starting with the bathroom wall tiles which were covered in fungus or dirt as though they weren't scrubbed in years, then the ac vent filled with dust, the mattress had a spring poking out which scratched me on my leg. No one came to take the garbage out or change sheets in 4 days I had to also beg for new towels on day 3 and the worst part of it was the constant disturbance every single night from around 11pm to 3am the room above ours as though they were dragging the furniture around or having a parade it was completely ridiculous, complained to management was a waste of time neither did they acknowledge or did anything ...WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy
