my experience at Belle- Rive has been marred by the extremely disrespectful behavior of our supervisor. As a long-time tenant who has called this place home for years, it deeply saddens me to have to recount such a negative experience. The latest incident that truly exemplifies the disrespectful and unprofessional conduct of the supervisor occurred just recently, on Tuesday, April 9th. I went to the office to sign a contract for a new parking spot, a seemingly straightforward transaction. However, with the supervisor present, what should have been a simple process turned into a bewildering ordeal. After signing the contract in her presence, I returned to the office to make my monthly payment, only to be informed by supervisor herself that I hadn't actually signed any contract. Such an assertion is not only absurd but also illegal. It was only after I mentioned escalating the matter to her superior and requesting a review of the security camera footage that miraculously, she remembered our interaction and the contract I had signed. But the disrespect didn't end there. Despite the contract being signed, the supervisor and the management team refused to provide me with the specific parking spot number, a basic requirement outlined in the agreement. Instead, they initially claimed there were no available spots, demonstrating a blatant disregard for the terms of the contract and the rights of a tenant. The lack of transparency and the blatant disregard for legal agreements only serve to erode trust and exacerbate tenant struggles. BTW I don’t have her name because she refused to share it with me.

Despite patiently waiting on a parking waitlist for over a year, obtaining a spot proved to be an uphill battle. Even after finally securing a parking spot, my contract was unexpectedly canceled without any prior notification. This left me stranded without a parking solution, despite my attempts to suggest alternative payment methods, which were met with dismissiveness and disrespect. My recent encounter with Adam, a representative of the management, epitomizes the dismissive attitude towards tenant concerns. His insulting behavior and aggressive demeanor left me feeling physically uncomfortable and emotionally distressed, further highlighting the toxic environment perpetuated by the management. the deteriorating condition of the building, particularly the floors, despite regular maintenance payments, is deeply concerning. Despite numerous complaints, management has failed to take appropriate action, signaling a lack of regard for tenant satisfaction and well-being.
Hello, I have been living in Bella Rive for 1 year. Since we entered the house, we told them that the house was cold and air was leaking from the outside, but there was no response. And now I want to move to another house. Even though I found guarantors with other friends, they always find another ridiculous excuse and do not want to give us the house. We want to meet with an authorized person, but they say there is no one. When they see us, they frown, treat us badly and we always have problems. Please, someone in authority should contact me because the employees there do not do their job officially, they act as if they own the company.
What a bad experience!!! I recently moved into this building. On the first visit, there were many promises, but they disappeared immediately after signing the contract, and now you need an appointment to talk to the employee who treats you with disrespect of course!! Three weeks ago I asked for the key to the mailbox, they say the key is missing!!! ..there is no locker. The promise was that I would get one and there would be another available if I wanted it. There is no parking. The promise was one indoor parking space and two outdoor parking spaces, but neither!! Maintenance is on sight only.. The promise was a complete renovation of the apartment and electrical appliances!! But we are tired of cleaning it!! Therefore, I was not surprised by the presence of cockroaches and ants, because the apartment was very dirty.. Yesterday, I came to the administration office and spoke to the employee with all friendliness and respect. I asked again about the key to the mailbox and the locker. She became very angry with me and raised her finger in my face. She said, “You are accusing me of telling you that I will give you a locker.” !! I told her, “I am not accusing you because this is the truth, you said that.” She said, “I said, but that does not mean that I will give it to you because I am not the decision-maker.” She continued her words, telling me, “If you do not like what I said, go and file a complaint.. What a provocative treatment that does not respect others.”
