Welcome to the official page of the Edmonton International Fringe Theatre Festival, and Fringe Theatre.

We transform theatre. Foster artists. Nurture audiences. Take chances. We help YOU find the artist inside.

How are we doing this? By providing a unique, evolving experience known as fringing. And, fringing is for everyone. It crosses all divides. It is a starting point, a journey, and a celebration.

Attended a hip hop show. Seats were at the top which limited our view. As it is an intimate setting with performing area right up to the seating, any of the performance done close to the front cannot be seen from the top seats. Good sound and lighting just disappointed in the view.
An amazing entertainment venue! It was my first time at this facility. I was lucky enough to see the first production of "Into the Woods" it was amazing, thank you to all the lovely staff. Cinderella played by Ruth was the star of the show! Bravo!
Fantastic theatre. Bear Grease was the best show I've seen in a long time. Amazing cast!

An absolutely lovely theatre. Air-conditioned and big enough to seat a large crowd.
I’ve seen multiple shows here. The chairs are just simple collapsible chairs, which is adequate for the duration of shows that appear here. The incline is less steep, so keep your height into account when picking a seat. The front middle is the best, as the back seats definitely make it harder to see what is going on. Acoustics are fine, but not the best.
I’ve been a couple of times now. It’s a nice theatre. This time I came with a friend who was in a wheel chair and the staff were very accommodating, even though we were late. Could use more parking but what can you do?

I love this place and the amazing plays that happen here. Easily accessible parking & neutral gender bathrooms
Theatre has a great layout, good visibility and acoustics. Too bad the bike parking is inadequate - limited in number of secure lockups, and too far from the safety of the front entrance.
