Went and saw the play " Bed and Breakfast ", it was an excellent production! The venue the Roxy Theater is an intimate small theatre with very roomy seating, very nice.
Wide variety and nice little spot for entertainment just north of Whyte Ave. Seats are comfortable and wide with good inclined view of the big performance area. Parking’s plenty right there but a bit pricy not their fault or owned by them.
I so appreciate this theater, and Titus Bouffonicus was spectacular. The society for the destitute presented a Bouffon version of Titus Andronicus ... And I fell in love with Lavinia - "I will kiss thy lips; Haply some poison yet doth hang on them, To make die with a restorative. Thy lips are warm."
Great little theater. No bad seats. Because it is so small you feel part of the performance in a way. Dawn side is it can get warm in there.
Seating, price, and acts were remarkable. I will be going back to enjoy many more shows.
Very nice environment with a beautiful lobby. Welcoming.
Great theatre. Wonderfull actors. Go if you get the chance.
We went to a Fringe show - Miranda, Queen of the Handcuffs - and loved the play, even though it was way too hot, and the bike parking was too far away.
