1 STAR IS TOO MANY
I was told by an At&t/Directv door to door salesman that I was able to get my service for 25$ because I had an AT&T phone number. I told him the phone was NOT in my name and he said it didn't matter. After I received my 1st bill I'm being charged 50$ instead of the promised price. Now AT&T and Directv are both telling me it's not their fault because the door to door salesmen are subcontracted out. They keep telling me I need to contact the other company. Neither company is taking responsibility or honoring my promised amount of 25$. They are both telling me if I cancel my service, I will have to pay an almost 500$ penalty fee because I'm locked into a contract. A contract I agreed to based on the salesman telling me he guaranteed I was able to get the service for 25$ a month. He even used his cell phone to login to a site, supposedly, and verified I qualified. Apparently that was a lie. This is apparently the America we live in now, where nobody wants to take responsibility for anything. Do NOT sign up for AT&T or Directv since they have subcontracted salesmen lying just to get sales!!!

Really nice people here, every time I have visited for a new phone or service. The wait times can be fairly quick and sometime longer when there are multiple people there. I noticed it's mostly the customer who tends to ask so many questions, try to tell their life stories while destracting the people working or browse the cases, accessories and can't make up their minds

They need more training in customer satisfaction like this place but some of them need more training

Awful, deceitful, not at all helpful, last time I got there 20 minutes before close and they had the door locked and pretended to not see me and the other 4 people trying to get in. Absolutely shameful.
UPDATE: They still SUCK and now they don't even answer the local number locally it transfers you to call centers where illiterate people await to ruin your day.

Store Manager stayed late to help me get my new I-phone 7 up and running. I appreciated her going the extra mile.
