Exceptional attention to detail with both sales and service! So great to buy a quality bike from a staff who gives you the best service possible. I have purchased many bikes from Tommy's over the years for my entire family and they always have a way of getting me just what I need. So nice to have such a quality shop right here in McMinnville! If they don't happen to have what I need in the shop, which is rare, they are always willing to custom order as well! Thank you Tommy's!!!

Third time buying bikes for our kids here over the last 10 years. Haley was completely wonderful in sizing the kids to the right bikes and getting the kids set. This is why we shop in Mcminnville . No sales pitch, just honesty and quality products. The kids couldn't be happier... and that makes us happy . Thanks Haley and thanks to Tommy's for being here in Mac!!!

These guys are awsome, they not only fix your bike they also show you how to do it yourself. I love coming here and they are very nice to everybody. I hope any body visiting Mcminnville pn a bike trip visits Tommy's. I hope there business is there forever. I am also very appreciative of tommy when me and my friends go every other day. I was able to order the bike I wanted in advanced with out having to pay upfront. That way I can pick it up in a week after I get paid. Awesome, awesome customer service. No extra charge for assembly.

I was in route to Gleneden Beach from Portland and my rear wheel began to get some side play in it. The movement got much worse lucky or unlucky while on the out skirts of McMinville. I was able to go back to Tommys Bike Shop and they where eager to help. The mechanic was even going to send someone to an auto parts store to try and get the correct tool to remove the drive side bearings that had failed. They did not have the bearing in stock and after 30 minutes of trouble shooting refused to take payment for there time. Appreciated the service even though my ride had to be cut short.
