Art's Tavern

Art's is an icon in Glen Arbor. We stop in every time we visit. Burgers, grilled cheese, soups, and all thing breakfast are great. Yes its pricey (but in line with everything else in GA), yes you have to pay in cash, yes there's a wait in the summer, but don't leave town without stopping in. The atmosphere is perfect and we love it.

We had a good meal with excellent service. Prices a bit high, but compatible to the other restaurants in the area. The big clams we're delicious as was the Friday night cod Fish fry was good as well. Took home a price of Carry Cobbler. We are going back tomorrow to check out the Eggs Benedict for breakfast.

Nice little spot that serves pretty awesome grilled cheese sandwiches (one of the best grilled cheese I have every ate). It also serves sandwiches, burgers and your typical tavern food. Obviously beer & drinks! It was fairly family friendly, however I was there during the off season.

First time eating here and I was SUPER happy and VERY satisfied with how delicious the food was and how awesome the customer service was! The food prices are comparable to any other place to eat and as always I'm prepared to spend money if I want some good drinks. Will be coming back in the fall.

A Leelanau County icon. Who doesn't love Art's? Great food, great selection of Michigan beers.
