We had Kristy and Island Thyme cater our wedding in May 2016 and they were FANTASTIC. We held our reception at their Eagle's Nest venue, and everything was better than we could have imagined. We couldn't have asked for a better location, food, staff, and organization from Kristy and her crew. The Island Thyme crew worked with us to come up with a custom, local food-based menu for our guests, even our vegan guests! I highly recommend Kristy and Island Thyme Catering!
