Aroma Espresso Bar

Poor service. Not a clean Aroma comparing to the other Aroma Espresso bars. Disappointing.

I have visited other aroma locations. However this one is just not up to aroma standards! The service is awful. I ordered a smoothie and requested less ice even then they added a cup full of ice. Good thing I could see him making it and stopped him, to which he seemed annoyed and said something to his coworker. The smoothie had too much sugar and it was disgusting. I am never going to this location again.

Service or staff are fine. But lychee coconut slush this drink really gross. Ice and coconut are chunks. Avoid this drink.

Don't judge Aroma based on this location -- Aroma is amazing.. good quality food everywhere. Avoid this location.. rude/overworked staff, old food and dirty cutlery. Definitely not representative of Aroma quality.

Aroma Espresso Bar offers good espressos prepared by efficient baristas. The open seating area is relaxed and comfortable while you enjoy a break from shopping. The prices are at par with market, but for those that are lactose-intolerant, you should know that there is an extra charge for requesting cream as a substitute for regular milk.
