Had terrible experience. We had very small room (smaller than expected) and had constant noise problems of toilet flush and shower from a shared bath room. Complained to Inn-keepers (old lady and her niece) about such situation and received extremely rude and aggressive responses (we complained by e-mails and keep their responses). They asked us to leave, but we found much better and reasonable accommodation in a different hotel (thanks God !). Worse, when we posted our honest review after the trip, the Inn-keeper's niece, published my real name and address in a blacklist website, this act violates an Inn-keepers code of conducts to keep the client information confidential. What we did was to complaint about their service, and posted a real and honest feedback about their hotel (old and run-down, noise problem, inn-keepers rude attitude). They should not operate...
