Arem Restaurant

Never again will I go back to this restaurant. The decor is nice, but the meal service is horrible. We were a group of friends and one of the waitresses who was serving us simply messed up from begining to end. Despite the fact that I ordered before many other people in the group, it took her 20min to bring me my drink, while others received their's. I had to remind her for my drink. Secondly, she forgot to bring my main dish. When I advised her of the matter, she couldn't even remember what I ordered... At least whip out you order booklet. On the spot I canceled my order, as I refused to give my money to any company that does not make client's feel at ease. To top everything off, she was unable to uncorked a wine bottle cork broke into pieces during removal, then some sauce from one of the dishes were spilt on another client at our table. Just when I thought it couldn't get anymore ridiculous that it already was, we get told that there is only 1and I am not making this up desert card for the entire restaurant, because the other copies are locked away in the boss' office!!! Really? Really now???? I've been to many restaurants and by far, this was the worst service I have received. Hopefully other clients do not receive the same horrible service. Only positive aspects were the music and the decor. I am aware that other waiters/waitresses might have provided a good service to other tables, but based on my experience, I will not be returning.

Walked right off the street into the restaurant. While the waitress was genuinely nice, it seemed like her first day. However, the food was delicious and we were surprised and impressed by the drinks as well. Great new addition in the neighbourhood!

I had my experience there at 2014 and I wrote a review that time based on what I felt there. But the manager massaged me personally that time and said that he would take me to the court for my review. What a funny reaction to a review. The worst and mist expensive poutine I've ever had on Montreal. It's closed now so it doesn't matter anymore.

I have been couple of times at Arem this year for different events. A very nice and elegant place with a creative style. Food tastes so different and pleasing. The plating is so awesome and unique.

Keep your money people. Thia place is a bad joke. Tasteless food. Horrible service. Except is you are invited for free as a journalist, then go!

Amazing ambiance! Food is delicious and prices affordable. Ottoman poutine and their baklawa is famous!

Try to be a restaurant and a club but fails at both. To expensive, bland food and bad service.
