Excellent customer service. Dan is very professional, knowledgeable and explained all my computer issues  without overwhelming me with technical talk .Diagnosed my monitor problems same day at no charge. Suggested I replace my 10 year old desktop before it had problems. Did not try to upsell me a system beyond my needs Put together a solid I3 computer with all new components, transferred all my data , and tested whole system in a timely fashion and at a competitive price. I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Arcola computer for all your computer needs. Forget the big box stores. This local business cares about us little guys. Thanks Dan . Job well done.

Excellent. Had a Hard Drive failure. Hard Drive was replaced, data RECOVERED, laptop tweaked. Service was performed quickly at a very reasonable cost. Very highly recommended.
