Just bought my home insurance from Square One and Eran was the agent I worked with. It was a very smooth experience and very thorough. Eran made sure that I understood the details of the policy, payments went through and the referral worked before closing the call. Really appreciate the help! As a policy they have a very good pricing compared to many others and a more feasible option for deductibles. They have coverage for a good number of additional items as well. Highly recommend!
I've had renters insurance with Square One for the past year and am planning on using them for my home insurance. I really appreciate the flexibility these plans offer you in selecting coverage amounts and areas based on your specific needs, and their prices can't be beat. I recently spoke with Eran and obtained a quote from him over the phone. He did an outstanding job of walking me through the details of the policy, clearly outlining what was and was not covered, and making recommendations while not being pushy. Kudos to him.
I called in today to inquire about getting additional insurance with Square one. I got Emily Fonberg on a call. I was impressed by her knowledge of the services and products that they offer she was able to answer my questions without any hesitation. In addition she went beyond initial need by offering to walk me through the application while providing insight on how everything will work. Moreover, she offered to give me a call once everything is processed which was amazing and I appreciate she did that. Overall really happy with the service I received from Emily who is really helpful, friendly and responsible person. Thank you for great service!
Maneuvering through the process of finding home insurance started off incredibly stressful until we came across Square One Insurance. Eran was personable and ensured that our needs were exceeded. He even handled our lawyers last minute requests with kindness and care as we were finalizing on a new home. It is such a comfort knowing that our home is in good hands. I just have purchased a rental property insurance from the company. Eran Azran was the gentleman who helped me to go through the process very smoothly. He is very professional and patient to explain everything I ask about. I think this is the greatest experience I had dealing with the insurance I have a few rental property and also my home property. I have used Square One as my tenant insurance provider for the past 2 years. I’m in the process of moving and needed to change my policy to my new address. I've been using Square One Home Insurance since 2015. They're honestly the best. They have the most competitive prices and they are reasonable, but that's not all! The best part is their amazing Customer Service. Their CS team is transparent, honest, and provide you with quick responses and assistance for any quote, claim or questions you may have.
Saphala was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful when I applied for the tenant insurance for the very first time. As I have never done this before, she was understanding of my situation and guided me very well, recommending me the best options for the coverage. The insurance also has very reasonable prices. For the policy packages, it is hands down better than my current one, as it covers a lot more options at a much lower price. I hope I am able to speak to her again in the future if I have any questions regarding the policy
I just spoke to Eran .A regarding switching my method of payment for my policy plan that is either staying on annual or switching to monthly. Eran was very attentive, fast, very professional and helpful. By the end of the call, I was also more informed on how things would work for me assuming I move to another apartment. I would definitely look forward to speaking to Eran again next time I need assistance.
We have been with Square One since 2013. They were the only company we called that had the best service for a great price! They are proactive and our rates have gone down over time not up. We are very pleased with their service and I referred my dad to Square one as well. He has now passed so I now manage both accounts. Yesterday I had the pleasure of dealing with Eran Azran and he was a great help in updating my dads policy. I have had nothing but great interactions with the staff and their system is very well streamlined. We have been paying on average $112-$120 a month and we own a large home and property. That’s a great price! And they have earthquakes insurance with a low premium. Sign up!
