Out of all building management this is the best. It would be great if they did not change the building management every month though. It makes it hard for them to follow up on long term issues. Now that the same person has been here awhile, it's been great. The staff is excellent.

These units never get renovated, everything is sooooo outdated. You have to bug them so much just to get something so small completed. The superintendents are drunks! If they have to fix something in your unit you just smell the alcohol from them and they mumble things and slither things to themselves. If you don’t wanna work here I don’t like your job then quit!! He heat turned off, The only put it on when it starts to become so cold that you can’t take it anymore. The unit should be more affordable, with everything being so outdated and no renovations being completed. I only have one star, because it would not allow me to give a minus

Rental agent very helpful accommodating. Nice cozy townhomes. Quiet area even though it's nestled in a very busy retail district full of variety.

Great management. Well maintained and a goood neighbourhood near a lot of essentials.

Affordable housing with ups and downs with property management. Great community to make up for it.
