We did not get a room, as we were part of a swimming party. It's $5 per person and they have a limited number of towels, so it's best to bring your own. The pool is clean and warm! Many use the hot tub, and they seemed to enjoy it. I don't use public hot tubs, so I won't comment further on that. There is a party room adjacent to the pool area, so that's a big plus for special occasions. I don't know how much the charge is for that. We changed in the restroom by the front desk, as the poolside restroom needs the door lock repaired. All in all, it was a very good time and we'll definitely go again. Also, one of the kids is diabetic and needed a sugar bump, so the wonderful lady at the front desk provided some orange juice from the breakfast area. Now, that's excellent customer service!

Clean room and passed the black light test. Only suggestion is to get rid of carpet and do vinyl much more easy to maintain. Breakfast was good but no meat selection. Need more than one waffle maker as it is the want of every kiddo. Need a ceiling fan in the pool for more air movement. Headache after sitting in there for a while not even swimming.

This hotel is very clean, had the amenities available to us and was quiet. The beds and pillows could use an updating but they were sufficient for one night.

Was great until they decided to not except punch cards for swimming, without notice. No refund given. Drove 25 minutes to use up our punches with my 2 kids to be told they dont take them anymore. Didnt bring $ either. Disappointed mom.

We were in town to visit family. This isn't our first trip. Rooms are clean. Lobby was pristine. Front desk staff was welcoming. Great location next to many shops and restaurants.
