GrandStay® Hotel & Suites – Becker - Big Lake

I stayed here for one night with my mom, daughter, and younger brother. We slept comfortably in 2 full beds. The room was pretty nice. Affordable. Nice pool and hot tub. Surprising great continental breakfast.

Decent place to stay. Service was not very friendly and rooms were not as clean as they should have been. Pool area is nice. Patio area off the pool is nice, but there's no card reader on the door back to the pool. Once you are on the patio you need to walk around the building to get back in. Very odd. If you're passing through it will be fine for the night. If you're looking for a weekend getaway with the kids; look elsewhere.

I stayed here for 2 nights and asked if I could stay an additional night. The lady at the front was very nice and said yes we have room. I asked her how much it would be and she said the same price as my previous 2 nights. Hours later I get a call saying they need to charge me more because the manager won't honor that price. I thought this was really rude and I would not have agreed to stay based on that price. Crazy they wouldn't honor it when they told me a different price. I'm really dissapointed. About 40 of my family members stayed there that weekend and I will not be going there again.

It was ok... if you need a place to stay, I would rank it better than a motel... They are pet friendly and they have a pool. Prices are ok.

Right off the highway but didn't notice the noise. Nice rooms, great breakfast. Fast check in. Stayed 2 nights and 3 days. I would stay again.
