Springvale Campground

This place used to be really fun. New owners came in this year and the whole environment has changed. They are not available or accessible. They never use a phone, only email. They have been very unprofessional and not respecting the clients who rent from them. They recently sent out a barrage of incoherent and angry emails, followed by a rent increase of 36-47% increase, depending on how they classified your site and gave everyone 10 days to make a decision. They are driving numerous families with young kids and retired folks on fixed incomes. Many of us are trapped into renting again for next year with not enough time to sell and take care of structures on our lots they will not allow us to sell to new owners. They are ruining summers and memories which could have been for many kids. Sad to see. Hopefully things turn around next year, but I am not optimistic.

This is the best campground we have been to! It is very nice and the owners are great people!

Friendly staff and great campground. Everyone is friendly and drama free. Great pool and great scenery when you're out on your golf cart riding thru the trails. Highly recommended if you're looking for a perfect getaway for the weekend or staying seasonal. I love this place and it's one of my favorites.

It doesn't get any better than this. Very relaxing and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Family friendly! Emphasis on family! There is a wonderful community here! Everyone is sure to make you feel welcome and right at home! They also have the cleanest bathroom/shower facilities of any campground I have ever been to! Same with the pool! We love being here!

We are going to be moving into Springvale campground in the next week or so. The owners couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating to us. We are coming from another seasonal campground in the area and there is no comparison. We will miss the lake but look forward to all the things that are offered at Springvale. We are happy campers!

This camp ground is about an hour from where my brother lives outside of the twin cities in Minnesota. When he was getting ready to retire and his wife was not he knew he would never be able to buy a summer property up north. They couldn't drive that trip every weekend and they, being average workers could never afford what it would cost in time. But this new venue where you buy a camper and pick out a nice tree shaded lot and rent it by the year. You can build on a deck, a covered patio that could be another room. My brother has been at this camp ground for around 10 years. He loves it. Has lots of friends. Always building on and improving his property. I'm here now visiting him and I hate having to go home.

I love visiting my Mom and Sister, my kids really enjoy it there. It's a very clean and family friendly campgrounds

Fun,Relaxing, Very Friendly Staff AND CAMPER'S, A GREAT FAMILY PLACE.I WOULD GAVE IT A 10 STARS BUT IS 5 THE ONLY OPTION. I LOVE IT THERE! !!!!

This sounds like a great place to stay the summer at. My phone call with this lady was very nice and very short. But sounds great
