Ambleside Park

Best summer time spot nThere's so much to do in the park. A dog park is really close to the main Ambleside park. Also there is a boat shed on one side of the park.nnIt is full of joy during summer with kids and dogs playing around. The park is really close to the Lions gate bridge where you can enjoy sunrise and sunset. Also you can get on a floating pier to enjoy being near water. Some people also do fishing here don't know if it's allowed.nnAlso, some people like to surf and get on a kayak to enjoy the beauty of the sunset. There's one little cafe only open during the summer. One can definitely spend a beautiful evening there with friends and family for a BBQ evening and picnic.

‍March Break 2024: All of West Vancouver strolled throughout the park beaming with sunshine pride and contentment… time to shake off the wintertime doldrums.nVisit the Ferry Building Gallery…bask in an early morning sunrise…marvel at Nature’s Blossoming panorama…inhale invigorating salty air…a few hours to realize Ambleside truly ambles along at its majestic pace.

Great beach but!nWe went there for Iranian traditional ceremony of “charshanbeh sori” the stage is suitable for medium size gatherings and when it rains most of the space around stage is muddy so dress accordingly.nThe fire in the picture is part of Iranian tradition that before Persian new year people gather and celebrate the existence of fire in our lives and put negativity in fire to start new year positively by partying and jumping on top of small fire.

Nice architecture designs at the beach through nature!! Good mood, good breath & good life!

It was great that there were a lot of garbage bins around the beach for easy access to throw your trash. And they're dog friendly. If you have small dog, watch out for the eagle.
