My favourite spa for laser hair removal. The laser machine is much more comfortable than other laser machines used at other spas. Been coming here for all my hair removal needs for a few years now. Always recommending it to my family and friends. Prices are great compared to other salons. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. My favourite technicians are Rita and Nicole. Super friendly, delicate and great personality.
Love this little gem in the heart of Port Credit! Been going here for years. The team and the owner is so friendly and welcoming. Most importantly they do an amazing job, AND they do it right! They will take all the precautions to make sure clients are well and ready for the procedure which I appreciate immensely. If you are looking for a place that does whatever to just do the job , this isn’t the place. They take time and care to take the necessary measures to make sure you don’t burn or compromise the skin. I will keep coming back to this place and I will recommend it to all my friends and family.Services: Massage
Friendly technicians in a very comfortable environment with very reasonable prices. High quality machines are used with little to no discomfort. Technicians continue to check in to make sure their clients are comfortable and having a good experience through out their laser service. I will continue to come back for all my laser needs.
I love this salon. I’ve been doing my laser here and I absolutely love it. I’ve also done other services like microdermabrasion and that was also very worth it. It’s so affordable and effective, I haven’t grown any hair since 2019. The staff is great. They are very helpful and agreeable, and always make you feel comfortable. I’ve recommended to a couple of friends.
Very bad experience! The lady doing laser is not bad she takes care of the clients. But I had a really bad experience with the lady at the counter, she's really rude and unprofessional. Doesn't even say bye or thank you, zero customer service. When I went in for my appointment, she was arguing with another customer in front of me. She kept her bad attitude and asked me to remove my shoes at the entrance but didn't give me anything to wear, no slippers. Whereas all the staff are wearing shoes inside! Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.
I had my first treatment late last month and Nicole I think was her name was great, especially considering circumstances. They were not like any of the comments in the poor reviews. I am looking forward to the 2nd treatment early next month. Hopefully they can maintain the rating.Service: Laser hair removal
I went a total of 17 times for laser. No results. - 5 times before covid - 12 times after covid And they kept blaming me for ‘not shaving properly’ even though I always shaved thoroughly before going. Also, the technician said she would no longer do laser on the far sides of my back because they changed the rules and that is now considered ‘a separate body part’. No personal offence, just business, but I strongly do not recommend anyone go to this place. There’s a reason why they have such a bad rating on google reviews.Service: Laser hair removal

The staff is very professional and they are very good at what they do. The owner is Phenomenal and the spa is always kept so clean and smells so good. Always A pleasure whenever I come in to get a treatment done.
What an absolutely horrible experience with Nadia, she is a school yard bully who treats her clients with a vicious and disrespectful attitude. I have spent the last year 12 pre-booked laser sessions dreading the appointments because of the lack of organization and Nadia’s behaviour. I asked for a refund in my first 3 months, after 2 services were cancelled back to back for “poor shave”, by ownership, to which I was told “no, that’s your problem, learn to shave right”. The staff is sweet - however there is some high turnover and I only saw 1 tech on multiple occasions. Overall Nadia’s replies to customer complaints online show her level of customer service. Her common arguments are “you didn’t shave correctly” “you didn’t book an appointment” “you have razor burn” “I have a background in this, I know” “if you want to argue, that’s ok, I don’t argue”. She only become “tolerant” of me when she wanted more money for additional bookings. Nadia, because I assume you will do a shot gun reply to this, as you have every negative complaint. It is clear you are either burnt out or in the wrong business. Hire solid help to man the front desk and step away from a customer facing role. How you treat people is negative and cruel and ruins the experience. Consider the fact that all the negative reviews say the same thing about your customer service. It is clear, you do not want to be there anymore. Ps - Nadia yes, you know who I am and no, I was never late for appointments, I have sensitive and red skin something I spoke with you about at time of purchase and you said it was fine, I know how to shave and followed instructions, and I am highly respectful of people.Service: Laser hair removal
