I really like Neo; he is always there when I need him.  I am not sure if State Farm is the very best insurance company out there, but I know I can count on Neo to respond fast and attentively when I need him.  I also find Neo very candid and honest; I do not feel like he's giving me a pushy sales pitch whenever I deal with him which makes interactions more real.   If you need insurance give Neo a chance, he’s a reasonable guy and makes a lot of sense.

I've been surprised how welcoming the staff there is, Cancelled my Life policy and still, understandably, they offer me a better deal, but for time being I have to pass on.

Called to review my policy and I was told that they couldn't help me cause I only have renters insurance with State Farm and couldn't help me 
Sorry I guess my money is not good enough for you
