AllState has a pathetic customer service, they keep transferring the call or keep you on long wait and disconnect the call. Sonia Kehler and Jonathan Liu both these agents have very little knowledge on their products and assumes things and give you a wrong quote, later to know that that quote is not a valid one. Never in my life I would like to give my business to AllState.

Allstate is didn't work for customers ever. I Visited today morning but nobody theres. The employee of the allstate They are enjoying their rest. It's a waste of time to get a rating.
I had few issues with the agents until the manager Bernie Chopra did an amazing job and so as agent Gurvinder did the all paper work Ask for them when you want anything from allstate
