Alibi Ultra Lounge

It was an Okay experience. The prices are a little too steep and with how many people they bring in, it was definitely unorganized/chaotic. Security was somewhat aggressive but I understand with the age group that the lounge caters to and often has to deal with. Overall it was fun though! Its design is very gorgeous!

Great experience! Went here for my birthday last month and wasn’t at all disappointed. Great bottle service by Selena, kept the drinks coming in my booth all night long. Great music as well, have never heard a bad song. I will never stop recommending this place to friends as THE place to go in Edmonton. I’ve gone here multiple times before and have never had a bad experience. Vodka Slimes here are also the best I’ve ever had.

I've never seen such dishonesty in the service there. You can order the same identical order twice, and pay two separate prices. The floors are sticky, and the place smells like onion/garlic sweats. I was there on a Friday, and it was dead. I watched the Friday night promoter charge a guy $20 to go into a club with no one in it, when the admission fee on a Friday is supposed to be $10. Other nights I've been there like Saturday' s the place is packed, but once again you're getting ripped off on drinks, if you're not watching. The Saturday night promoter is one of the snottiest arrogant people I've ever had the mispleasure of having to interact with. All in all, I strongly don't recommend alibi. Not a pleasant experience.

Went here cause a couple of buddies and I were linking up before heading out to another club. Didn’t even end up leaving, stayed the whole night and had a blast- the room is so nice. Decent music too played all the bangers I wanna hear when I party. With a mint premium line up for liquor. Door guy was super nice and remembered my name as I was leaving. Bartenders were all GORGEOUS, by far my new favourite place to go. Won’t need an Alibi to head there next week!

Come here often! Being a regular I always feel so welcomed by the staff! Not a huge fan of the coat check rules... but the coatcheck girl is so kind and always smiling. As well the bartenders give me and my friends some free shots to get the night going! Definitely will continue to be a patron here!

Had a good experience considering it was my first time at Alibi. Overall it was good and we all had a blast for buddies birthday. However it would be have been awesome to know that if you leave for a smoke break 20 mins prior to close you wouldnt be let back in, even if half your party remains inside. We understand that security has a job to do and respect that, but slamming the door and not communicating with us was pretty disappointing. Like I said, overall it was a good experience and we all had a good time.

the amosphere is nice as well as the music. when i went in with my friends we paid for bottle service and it was taking a while for us to get served, i got a hold of Eric and he sorted everything out right away. my experience at Alibi was made a lot better thanks to Eric. he was making sure everything went smooth. well done man. will def come back!

Went on a date and then ended up here. It was a Latin music night. Man we had fun the dancing and drinking. This is great place very clean and elegant. It is very nice. I had a very good experience. My date loved it too. If you're a latino you should check it out on latin music nights. You'll have a great experience.

Highly trained and professional staff who always put patrons safety first. Security is tough and reliable, but also patient and understanding. Amazing music, clean bar and and bathrooms, and a wonderful atmosphere. Drinks are much more expensive here than most other Edmonton clubs $21 for two shots, but they are never watered down and bartenders will not have you waiting more than a couple minutes for a drink, no matter how busy it is. All around good place to spend a night out with friends!

I’ve worked in the bar industry for 7 years and have never experienced the same terrible management as this place... my group called ahead and arrived 15 minutes before our guest list reservation ended and was told to get in line. By the time we got to the front of the line, the same bouncers told us we missed the guest list cut off time and was told we now had to pay cover.... $20 each, with no exception. I would never suggest visiting this business.
