After two years and very little use 1k miles we decided to sell our 2016 Minnie Winnie Class C 22r. New potential buyers after driving pulled the inside over cab mattress out and there was mold, water, bubbling that had been painted over on the plywood overhead floor. We had never looked or used this area of the RV. Apparently mattress had soaked up a lot of water and it decided to leak on the lady in passenger seat during test drive. We found caulking on the outside seam above running lights. Did Gibb’s know about this before we bought it? We’re a retired elderly couple and still owe 37k on it and can’t afford an expensive repair job.
We loved working with Gib’s!nnNick was FANTASTIC helping us hunt down our perfect trailer, with our ever-changing “must have” list. We did some out of town shopping as well, but the salesmen seemed to be more focused on making a quick sale, rather than helping a growing family find the perfect trailer. We ended up finding “the one” via search online, and the staff at Gib’s was amazing to work with helping get “the one” here locally.nnOur trailer arrived on the lot before we had anticipated. They did a thorough check through and made all the necessary little tweaks before we got to drive it home.nnAmanda financing was so thorough in helping us navigate the process of making the actual purchase. Very knowledgeable and kind to us as first time trailer owners.nnWe are so thankful for the supportive staff at Gib’s. Hopefully, we won’t be trailer shopping again any time soon, but if we were- we would 100% return to Gib’s.
I would like to share a wonderful experience my husband and I experience when we stopped in at Gib's.nWe were on a rv trip, when our back- up camera stopped working. We remember seeing Gib's and thought we would see if someone could help us.nThe guy in the main office showed us the way to the service department and Dwayne came right out. He had it reset in less than 5 minutes. AMAZING!nIt was a little thing to him but it meant so much to us. He wouldn't take a fee or tip. Everyone I worked with was stellar, from sales person, rv tech and signing the papers.nNo pressure at any point.nGreat selection of RVs new and used. I had done my homework using their website, making a short list of interest. When arriving I was greeted by Curtis, he asked what I had in mind. The first one was perfect after looking at several others considering new/used, size, amenities and pricing.nGib's RV came highly recommended and were spot on.nThanks!
