We have been looking for some time to upgrade to a newer travel trailer , from our hybrid trailer. We have been for eggs are cheaper, to the world outfit We looked online at Gibs in Coos Bay, they showed three used units of interest to us. We drove down on a Monday and met, Ben Humphries, at Gibs. Told him what we liked in their inventory, he showed us three, on th way back from lot he showed us a 2011 springdale that just came in. It was a really clean unit. We did not want to take that much money from our retirement account, so I asked if he could have his credit manager could come up with. She got us a excellent interest rate, and terms. Ben got a appointment for us for a complete walk through on the trailer, he went over everything on the trailer, from all appliances , even the outdoor shower, demo the awning, and we saw everything worked before leaving the lot. So if you want a good salesman see Ben, you will get excellent service, good financial assistance, a decent trade in value. If you go in ask for Ben, tell him Nick and LaDonna sent you. Be ready for a great experience.

Parts departmen: Fantastic service, great advice, very helpful. I did not need service or sales, but parts was more helpful than i could have hoped and the prices for the parts I needed were fair.

I was a first time buyer of a travel trailer last month. My intended purpose was to use it to living in for a few weeks before I located to Arizona and find a place and get settled in. I found the ad for the trailer on craigslist. I called to see if it was available during business hours, no one picked up or returned my call. I drove down 4.5hrs. I looked at the trailer in the lot twice, not a much as a hello from anyone. I had to go into the building to be helped. Also frustrating to bring in my service animal that they continued to distract while I was there. Which you're not suppose to do by the way... I was told everything was in working condition and there had been a small leak in the roof that had been repaired. Which I later found out was not the case once the first heavy rain came. Once I got on the roof to inspect noticed zero signs that anyone had done any work on it and found three separate areas that it leaked. I'm unclear why anyone would sell a trailer to someone knowing that repairs that should have been done were not. As a disabled veteran money is tight and had a had the opportunity to inspect the roof prior to purchase I would have passed. Bad enough I paid just over the low end of blue book value on it. I'm sure the leaking roof wasn't factored into that price. I'm overwhelmingly disgusted and cheated. Hands down worst experience and purchase.
