They don't have a waiting list. Which means they don't care about their customers and just want their money. That's just bad customer service.

Rats got into a number of units, manager response was essentially "Sorry about your luck." Terminated use of unit 5 days after new month was charged and received no refund for remainder of already paid month. Debris from trees everywhere that piles in corners and enters storage units.
