I rent a small car for 4 days. The price was reasonable. I put this high ranking due to the way of dealing from the area manager at the return Lukas Firzlaff who has a wonderful way of dealing with costumers and change my mind to select this company for car rental in the future. Thank Lukas for the support and friendly way . Wish you bright future
Friendly and professional. I was concerned due to the generally negative reviews of car rental firms in Malta, but there was no trouble, no tricks and no sales pitch. We got a car, it worked, we returned it as agreed, everyone was happy. I would rent here again.
Waited over 1 hour to get a compact car. I booked a SVU. Got told no SVU available at the moment. Rip off Air conditioning didn’t work and error messages on dashboard. Now they invoiced me 3.78 euro / liter since tank wasn’t completely full. I do not recommend
The guys at Alamo are just the best customer service ever. Twice they have been there, when once I was running late from a delayed flight and they waited beyond their allotted hours, 2nd time when I made a booking error and they managed to get a deal for me on a car. Can't thank them enough, great work.
Amir Caplja and Hiruan Karimpur were amazing today! Such amazing and hard workers. We were very frazzled coming off of our flight this morning and Amir was so helpful and kind getting us set up with our car. He even came down to the parking lot to help us out when we couldn't figure out the Navi system. Lol 10/10 recommend their service and would come back to receive help from them again!

So far so good. They get 5 stars just for not being their neighbor Hertz which has stiffed me a couple of times despite me being a 5 Star member. I order and paid for my car online and everything went smoothly at the desk. It only took about 5 minutes despite it being 9 pm. I'm taking off 1 star because the car had only 7/8ths of a tank of gas. I will update this and remove or add stars if the rental goes south.
Zhun die an incredible job of accommodating our extra need for space by giving us a wonderful upgrade. Very nice attention to detail and good customer service in every sense, highly recommendable both the company and the employee!
Very bad. I regretted to rent a car. First of all they never emailed me about what I rented, when I violated traffic rules. Secondly I have been debitted 4 times for same traffic fee
It is my third time as I hire a car from enterprise/Alamo Every time I experience fine service I picked up and dropped off the car with representative Amanullah Nassery, which is brilliant employee , very happy to help and plenty of smile and good attitude towards the client Also I got a free upgrade which really cheered me up as I was going to travel around over the weekend Great drive, great service Well done I’ll definitely be back to use your services in very close future
