Lots of parking. Big bright store. Easy access. Tons of selections. Many last run items to choose from as well. The woman helping me knew her product as well. Most show stores don't seem to care. There were quite a few people there to help. Was nice to have someone say hello to me when I first came in. Need shoes? This is the place to go in Brantford.

I always have great luck finding what I'm after.  The staff are super helpful which is necessary as the place is so big!

Experince good overall.  I had a return due to manufactures defect and was only able to get a store credit.  Basically if you buy something you can exchange it or get a credit but you can't get your money back.  Not a huge deal but they did not have any more stock so we couldn't go somewhere else and are now waiting to see if more stock comes in.
