Great service, friendly and made us feel like we were a priority

If I could,  I'd give zero stars. During the last 2 years,  we've been into this brantford location of SW 5-7 times. I do ALOT of Tim Hortons reno's Sherwin Williams colour matches are quite often what we use for every store, as per spec  I've been to Hamilton,  Niagara and GTA Sherwin Williams, and this one is THE WORST. Wrong colors, incorrect finishes eggshell instead of flat for instance and the SERVICE IS THE WORST IVE SEEN...slow...unmotivated...downright unprofessional. One time was a 2 hour yes 2 HOURS ! Wait for getting paint.  I cannot see how this store sits at a current Google rating of 4.7.  We will see if Benjamin Moore in town wants our business. Hopefully this review can motivate the owner of SW to up their business quality.  But I anticipate a standard "you can call corporate at this number or voice a concern at this website"  No thanks. I'll take my money where it's wanted

Amazing customer service by Nico and others!  The Emerald paint line is worth every penny. Updated colours to choose from! Great coverage,  low odour, no spray while rolling on your hands and it dried beautifully!!! Highly recommend this product and company.

Great staff,  very helpful.  However,  we bought a  5 gallon pail as well as a couple of gallons as we are painting our entire upstairs.  There was no spout or any other way to pour the paint out of the 5 gallon pail without either dropping it or spilling it all over the place.  We had to use a soup ladle to get it out of the pail into the tray. Quite time consuming, messy and annoying! You would think there would be a spout for easier pouring.  Also there were no stir sticks included which unfortunately I didn't realize until I got home. My husband was not impressed.

Great customer service! Very knowledgeable staff and friendly. My go to place for paints and accessories. No long lineups. Was in and out in under 10 minutes

Love their colors and the woman that helped me knew what she was talking about. My family owned a paint Store in the past, I worked there and have painted many homes. I know when someone knows what their talking about

Was in a pinch for a couple pills of black paint. Had the pleasure of dealing with Suzanne on this project and would highly recommend this location as well as Suzanne for any of your painting needs.
