Story

At Paulmac’s we understand that your pet is a part of the family, because we’re pet parents too. We're family owned and operated, and have had the opportunity to create some great relationships with our customers during our many years in Brantford. Upon visiting our store, you’ll find a great selection of pet food, treats, toys and accessories, all at competitive prices. Our friendly Pet Experts are trained in pet care and nutrition through the University of California Davis Extension School. We pride ourselves on being Pet Experts and we want to use our knowledge and experience to help you find the right solutions for you and your pets!

My boyfriend and I, were in there this afternoon, to purchase some driftwood for our fluval tank, and the associate there was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. He greeted us right away, assisted us with what we were looking for, gave us some information and suggested other alternatives as well. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name. But he provided us with 5 star service. I am happy with our purchase!

The best pet store around probably. I buy crickets here regularly and they are the healthiest around. Great staff and prices.

I once watched a rodent nearly die there and I made a point of mentioning it to staff. I returned later to find out it had died. Staff doesn't care about their animals. I can speak directly about all of the staff, but at least the ones there that day.
