We tried dynamite roll here, everything was pretty standard nothing special. Also, only takeouts are available here.. at least update the same on google maps/website. Also, these guys don’t even provide a free glass of water. If possible stay away from this take-out only restaurant.
I've eaten here a few times now. And, each time, I've really appreciated the staff and the menu. So much more enjoyable than wandering around in the food court looking for a table or seat.
Do not come here. Food is very plain. Had to drench my chicken ramen noodle soup in spices in order to taste something. Even the assorted tempura which I typically love was severely lacking. The chicken felt like it had been steamed in hot water and then added to the soup. Super bland. Paid $30 overall.
I am giving this place a 1 star due to the lack of service and the quality of food. First of all, it is quite pricy for the quality of sushi you’re getting. Secondly, service was absolutely inexistent. I was not given a menu when I sat down and had to ask. Meanwhile, someone beside sat down and got a menu right away and they took his order before mine. Once I was done my meal... I had to ask the waiter a total of 3 times to get my bill. On the third time, I was standing up and begging for him to bring me the bill. This is absolutely unacceptable. I gave him 10% tip from my usual 20-25%. I hope they can learn from these crucial mistakes.
Sushi was decent - portion was small and price was a bit expensive. Not enough soysauce but did provide an extra for free when asked for extra. There was wasabi but NO GINGER?... Also $2 for miso soup?!?! It used to be free... Charge $1 maximum not $2... Also Sushi Q is just upstairs and appears to be cheaper. Also the soysauce packets were 2 different brands... Everyone know - Kikkoman is the best
Sushi-Q supplies the fish for these guys at Eaton. I made the mistake of buying from Akashiro at the food court as they mark up the prices by an extra $2.50 and beyond. First pic is from Akashiro 6 slices sashimi for $11.99 and second pic is from Sushi-Q 6 slices sashimi for $9.49.
Take out counter, cashier was rude, the yam was soggy and smelled gross. The rice was yellow underneath. Gave me food poisoning. Don’t recommend eating here, if you want to keep your food down
Umm. No. Just no. Sushi just smelt bad and fell apart. Ordered katsu curry bento. Came with no curry sauce but some sweet crap. I wasn't expecting proper Japanese food but it was actually the worse mall sushi in Toronto. Service was nothing to write home about either. Presentation was okay I suppose but certainly not worth it.
Nice and quick service. The quality of food is good. The ambience and atmosphere is nice and the price is reasonable. It's located perfectly in Eton Center.
Delicious sushi, service was a little slow but only because there were only two people working the floor. Staff was really friendly though.
