Air Canada Cafe

Clean, modern, nice atmosphere for a lounge. It wasn't very busy on the Monday morning I visited. They had an interesting selection of handmade coffee drinks as well as to-go drinks and snacks. Would come again!

Really cool concept - not very busy but better selection of take out food than the lounge. Things here that aren’t in the lounge: kombucha, sparkling flavored water, and all the take out wraps & salads that used to be at the lounge before.

Air Canada Cafe seems like the NEXUS lane for a cappuccino. It’s cleaner, newer and significantly faster than the standard domestic and international Air Canada lounges. It’s open to Star Alliance Gold members only which sets it up as an isolated relaxed atmosphere. It’s a stark contrast from the regular lounges where first time flyers with new credit cards get full family access. The food is mostly the same; however, the process of getting to it is expedited. It certainly has the cleanest bathrooms in Pearson. Now we need Air Canada to create similar experiences at other domestic sites.

What a great concept. Scan your boarding pass and enter a wonderland of goodies. To go bags to load up and take on the flight.

Excellent option for D gate flights as it's almost always less crowded than the MLL upstairs.Food: 5/5

Great lounge, no hot food but lots of food! Salad, a bunch of drinks! coffee! bar!

We absolutely loved this lounge concept. Great grab and go food and drink options as well as fresh cookies and a fully stocked barista and bar. It was modern and clean. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. The greeter offered to stay in contact with our gate agent to provide updates on our delayed flight which was so nice.

The service is excellent here. Lots of coffee options. It's not as crowded as the lounge, so much more relaxing.Food: 5/5

I live this concept! On domestic flights, you’re rarely given anything to eat. This stylish gate-side lounge is just the fix. Love the design. There are both self-serve espresso machines and a human barista to make specialty drinks. Little paper bags are provided so you can grab-and-go, taking snacks and hot or cold drinks for your flight. You can relax here, as there’s plenty of room, or just come to pick up some items to go. A great addition to Air Canada’s offerings at Pearson. AC Cafe also has large, well appointed bathrooms. On my early morning visit, food offerings included pastries, breakfast sandwiches, overnight oats, chia pudding, a few types of wraps, broccoli salad, quinoa salad, hummus and veggies, and lots of variety in cold drinks. This is more variety than the AC Lounge upstairs. Don’t fret, if you have access to one, you likely have access to both I’m impressed!!
