Nice place to grab a quick bite or relax and have Portuguese pastry and latte, espresso or cappuccino. Food was good. Potatoes were amazing. They ran out of regular buns for sandwiches by 3 pm. We picked up some groceries at Tavora Foods and then grabbed food from the hot table and a latte. Good experience overall. Would return when in the area

My experience at 3 Castelos Grill House is limited by grabbing a $9 steak sandwich with onions and 2 Pastéis de Nata. The sandwich was good but boring and bland, lacking in flavour. If they were to add grilled mushrooms, guacamole, some Portuguese sauce, and seasoning, they would have a winner on their hands. Otherwise, it's just a boring steak + onions sandwich with little flavour. I'm not a chef and even I know how to make the sandwich taste better by adding simple ingredients. Pastéis de Nata, on the other hand, was phenomenal! I mean it was REALLY GOOD. I should have bought more than 2 because they were fresh and super tasty. If I were to drop by in the future, I would do it just to grab some Pastéis de Nata which left me craving more. Just make sure that you're buying fresh ones baked that same day.

I was walking by and checked out this place. The food here are Castelos is amazing and extremely well presented. The atmosphere here at Castelos is very classy and an experience you have to try! Parking is a wee bit tight during peak hours. I enjoyed my time here and will be definitely coming back to try out other things. Very nice place!

Great and delicious food! I loved it so much… felt like I was back home eating a traditional Portuguese meal!

Under staffed waited over 45 minutes for 3 sandwiches. And when we got home they made the wrong sandwich. Even though they knew I was waiting a long time, no compensation. My spouse was quite upset but their apology was definitely substandard. Poor staff was by herself for quite a while before she received assistance from other staff. I have worked in service industry and this would not be acceptable.

Just had my wedding buffet, it’s an amazing place starting in decorating from Lígia ,to the food ,the food was amazing quantity and quality…..good food made my the chef Isabel,and of course the chef assistants,also good staff who served drinks and food!! I rate fiveStars,because they just made my day so special! My big huge thanks to 3 castelos!!

Recently I got married and wanted a small get together not fancy yet pleasant atmosphere to thank my wedding guests for joining us on our special day and I found the perfect spot in 3 Castelos. The owner Lígia personally met myself and my bride at the door when we arrived. They sparingly yet elegantly decorated the dining area for us and gave us an amazing memory on our wedding day. Isabela the cook and her staff absolutely knocked it out of the ball park. I had not one guest that did not comment on how good the food was and that they would most definitely head back one day for dinner. So I have that wonderful experience to share but that is not my only one as I have eaten here many times and have truly enjoyed every experience. TO LÍGIA AND HER ENTIRE STAFF I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL YOU ARE AMAZING PEOPLE.

So disappointing....they keep changing their food went there to get their chicken and hot sauce with veggies. I have been a customer for a long time and too many changes . If the food is good why change it! The chicken was horrible they changed it along with the sauce HORRIBLE! They used to have an amazing sauce and have changed it a few times now and this time it is just terrible! The veggies have no flavor or seasoning they are bland. They are overpriced for the qualify they are selling won't be getting take out there again $12 plus taxes and I am left dissatisfied!

I had coffee and truffle Royale which was nice They do not accept credit card less then $5 .....hence truffle Royale Girl who served me was very helpful and courteous I thought I was pointed towards restaurant I sat there however I was told to order from menu or move ....... Not so nice

Not the best but not the worst - have eaten here a few times and picked up food to go that was great but when I placed a catering order I was disappointed that none of the chicken had sauce on it like I had ordered and the side of sauce I also paid extra for was tiny and not enough for the amount of chicken ordered.
