Olive Tree Delicafe

Probably the best breakfast I had! The food is fresh, the place is extremely clean, the atmosphere is refreshing, and most important of all, the Moldovan and Lebanese ladies are the kindest people you will ever meet!

I revisited Olivetree today and possibly had the best egg sandwich with smoked meat outside of Quebec. The tortellini soup was excellent, rich and dense with tomatoes with herbs. Cappuccino and a side of fruits meant, I skipped lunch. Service was wonderful in-between all the tasty breakfast items. One of the best breakfast places in Toronto GTA!

I visited this location twice. The first time was excellent. I got a soup and hot sandwhich for $22 that was actually worth the price. Decided to go again 2 days later and when I ordered I was blamed for the cashier’s negligence. She claimed my friend that I came in with last time paid for a sandwhich and a pop that didn’t go through. I did come with a friend but he didn’t buy anything as he already had brought a lunch so I was already confused. I still paid for my order and enjoyed it, but I’m not going back. Instead of taking accountability for the mistake of not checking if the transaction went through, she decided to make me uncomfortable. Customer service training is likely needed because to lose a potential long-term customer over an accusation is ridiculous. Didn’t help that when I insisted my friend didn’t buy anything I was met with a smug attitude. I understand some people have victim mentalities or tend to over-trust their memory. But this was just so off base. Unfortunately the experience was so bad I had to leave a 1-star review as a consequence for such an avoidable mistake.

Ordered catering for a meeting. Owner was so friendly and professional. Her husband delivered the catering and he was the sweetest. Food was fresh, great portion sizes too. Can’t go wrong either Continental Breakfast and coffee was great.

Literally, the best chicken salad on rye I’ve ever had. Even came with olives and pickles on the side. Fresh baked goods, fair-trade coffee, and a nice cozy setting always a go to when I’m getting my car serviced at Maxwell Automotive, which is a 2 minute walk across the street. The owner is very sweet and easy to talk to! Come in and see Rana and her staff they're amazing, come here every year on my birthday and when I service my vehicle! 5-6 times per year for the last 4-5 years

My go-to office lunch choice! Staff are always friendly and the food is consistently stellar. Highly recommend the Vienna Panini, it's so good I've hardly tried anything else.
