I don't recommend any dealer buying a vehicle from here. They don't stick to their promises and policy. Their arbitration system is just a scam. They never answer emails and just ignore you. Specially the manager Ryan.

I had a car shipped from Toronto to Winnipeg and they were fabulous. Great communication and customer service. I highly recommend them!

They charge you tons of fees and on top of that PST and GST. But as the owner of my car, why did I have to? It should be the buyer who pays taxes, not the car owner.

I had a first class experience with this group. Their process is clear to understand, they are very organized and extremely customer focused. They picked up my vehicle at my house, which is very convenient, and kept me informed at every stage of the process. My vehicle sold at a great price and it was completely hassle free. I worked with Dave who is fantastic. I highly recommend this group.

The shadiness that comes out of this business should be illegal! The fees have sky-rocketed, their sales manager is a joke, nobody returns phone calls and they treat you like garbage. Do yourself a favor and steer clear! I wouldn't recommend my worse enemy to go there.

Highly recommended!   Sold my Dad's car last year with Kerry and just now we sold our RV with Dave.  The process was so simple, even within COVID times!   Dave is very quick to getting back in emails and phone calls and is very professional and super helpful and was great with all my questions.  We got more than our reserve price and are very happy with the outcome. If you need to sell a vehicle, they'll make it easy and hassle free.  Love it.

They were great had a bunch of questions about my truck sale beforehand. We were able to make an informed decision while understanding the process completely will be back.

Excellent Experience!  Worked with Dorothy Cadorath who was very helpful in every facet. Took the car up to them on August 10. Sold on August 12 for more than the reserve.  Would recommend to anyone.

Dealt with Dakota and Greg at Adesa here in Winnipeg.  As a private seller, can't ask for anything more.  They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it.  That, is rare these days.  Now, if we can get them do to houses . . .  Seriously tho, +1 would do again.  Four Months later, now April 2022, contacted Dakota to sell my Wrangler and - boom, done.  Just like the first time.  They did it again.  Thanks, eh.

By chance I found out thru a friend in the car business that Adessa were auctioning off my vehicle that I had advertised privately on Kijiji & Autotrader. They had it on auction WITHOUT my consent or any contact with me.  How a company can get away with auctioning off someone else’s private property without the owners consent is bafflingly to say the least. No wonder phonecalls/interest suddenly stopped from my ad. Potential buyers seen my vehicle listed at a discounted auction price…again without my consent! Thank you Adessa for screwing me out of a potential private sale, while looking to get paid for doing it. You should be sued for unethical business practices.
